Damn......my stomach continues to act up after eating out....... Thank goodness, that I was fine on our cruise, but I had monterey jack cheese with grilled chicken, in a flour tortilla, tonight, with black beans and rice, followed by a glass of wine, and am sitting here with a upset stomach. My friend suggested that I go see a GI doc......and that has been suggested several times in the past...I'm just so lazy healthwise, LOL. And, then, of course.......I think.....my dad sometimes had problems like this...and now he's battling cancer. My grandmother had stomach cancer, my great grandmother died from some kind of GI cancer, as did her son, my great-uncle.....not saying it's cancer related, but lots of troubled GI history.
