Mother's Day went quite well here, after I chilled out a bit......I expect everything to be picture perfect and that I have no responsibilities for the day......after I pout for a bit and realize all that was really done for me, I'm fine, LOL. I just WISH one day, I'll get some kind of *mother* type jewelry...... I did receive two potted marigolds, from the children, made in school; fresh cut lilacs from our bush outside; a dozen roses that John bought from the teen group after Mass; two folding camping chairs and a Tassajara mountain bike. John wanted to still use the cruise as a gift for Christmas, Mother's Day and my birthday, but felt bad lumping Mother's Day in there.....he made a good call.
