Whoa.....I seriously got used to this 5 day weekend my kids got. I hope I can get up and get motivated tomorrow morning, LOL.

Today, I am going to plan my son's 4th family birthday party. The 19 lb. turkey is already defrosting, and I know I'm going to make a tri-color rotini salad, but other than that, I want something different. I think I might go to CopyKat Recipes and try stuff from some of our favorite places.
